Delete your account & data

• Straight away, you are signed out everywhere and can no longer sign in. You are removed from every care circle and organisation.
• After 30 days, your login and profile (name, email, phone, photo) are deleted permanently, along with your forum posts and reviews.
• Until then, if the request was a mistake, email us and we can restore your account as it was.

• Therapists and care staff:session reports, goals and other records you wrote are part of the child's care record, so they stay with the child and your organisation. They are shown as written by a former team member of that organisation, not under your name. Upcoming appointments and messages addressed to you pass to your organisation's admin.
• Parents and guardians:if another guardian shares your child's record, it stays with them. If you are your child's only guardian, add another guardian first, or tell us in the note below what you would like to happen to your child's record.

Thriv3 staff privately keep a record of which entries you wrote, so a deletion made in error can be reversed. Your email in that record is replaced by an unreadable code when your login is deleted.
