How it works
Log a session in under a minute. Everyone sees the same board.
Whoever ran the session logs it: you, the therapist, or the school. Scores roll up into one progress board for the whole team.
Step by step
Three things per session.
Time, type and mood. A score per goal. What worked and what to try next. That is the whole log.
-
1
Time, type, mood.
Date and minutes, then one tap for speech, ABA, OT or other, and how your child was on the day.
-
2
Score each goal.
A number from 0 to 100 and a note. Scores roll up into the area bars and the progress score.
-
3
What worked, what to try next.
Short notes the next therapist reads before they start. No more repeating the same story.
What you track
Five areas. Every goal sits in one of them.
Each goal belongs to an area, so scores from speech, ABA, OT, physio and school add up into bars you can read at a glance.
Communication
Requesting, naming, two-word phrases, conversation. Usually speech therapy goals.
Cognitive
Matching, sorting, following instructions, early academics. School and ABA goals.
Behavioural
Waiting, turn taking, transitions, managing meltdowns. Typically ABA goals.
Skills & daily living
Dressing, feeding, toileting, routines. Occupational therapy and home goals.
Sensory & motor
Balance, grip, walking, tolerating textures. Physio and OT goals.
The progress board
Scores roll up. Nobody adds anything up by hand.
Every score lands on the child's board: goals, sessions, therapy hours and therapists at the top, then a bar per area, then the latest score.
- Area bars are the average of the latest score on each goal in that area.
- New areas show as new until the first goal is scored.
- The latest score shows who logged it and in which session.
- Families on Plus can export the board as a PDF progress report.
